I spoke with Will on the phone for a window cleaning quote and he sent me one quote but when the work was completed, his team charged me $30 more. I did not want to press the issue because they did a great job on my windows but an accurate quote should be important to the company or it can "appear" to be false advertisement. The inaccurate quote was my only issue.

Expected to get a quote but after I showed him what I needed done he just started doing the job without any quote. Finally got a price for work needed to be done and it was reasonable. Went ahead with work.

I hired them over the phone and got a solid price, I asked two time if the price was firm When they came out they called their boss and charged 70.00 more but really wanted to charge 100. more but I talked them down a little the guys that came out very polite, nice, did their job and a nice job
