I had power washing and windows washed. He did a very good job with the power washing. But the windows were another thing. Terrible. I complained and to their credit they sent did a redo. But they sent the same man! And yet again., another bad job!! I gave up and redid some of the windows myself. I am elderly and some windows I could not do. I am soooo done!!!!

Over the phone they quoted me $160 and billed me $232. They claim the additional cost was for cleaning the down spouts, but never discussed any additional cost. The crew was there for 30 min and they had a child with them. The work was good.

Their customer service is very good. I received a quote in 24hrs and was able to schedule the job electronically. Since this was the only eligible company for window cleaning on home advisor- I took it as there must not be a lot of companies doing this around Bartlett, Illinois. Prime Time Window contracts out there services - the contractor was telling me that a large window above my front door was $20.00 more and the glass on my front door was $10.00 more. I decided to move forward with the large window for $20.00 more. I had to take out all the screens 25 - he would not do that. He also did not clean the sills on each window- I did after he left. He literally cleaned the outside glass only. Nothing more and nothing less. The reason why I am giving a low grade on price is that I received two flyers for window cleaning the day after I got it done.Cleaning the whole window - inside and out was the same or better than what Prime Time Window charges for outside only. What a disappoint. If you like to overpay and have a contractor that has zero customer service abilities. This is the place for you.

Everyone who works here is an employee of Prime Time Window Cleaning. Please keep in mind that we are a fully insured company with both liability AND workmans comp insurance.
