You pay for what you get. The gutters were cleaned but never checked with the water hose to make sure they were properly running. In the past this was always done. They did come quickly and the job was done the day adviser called.

I felt they could have been more considerate of my time, in that they gave a window of 12 to 2, and didn't tell me no one had to be home. The weather had caused delays, which I completely understand. They ended up coming the next day. But I had spent 5 hours waiting before being told no one had to be there. They did an excellent job, tho. I would definitely hire them again.

They were quick to respond and came out right away. We were not home and I never heard anything from the service. Were the gutters in fact clogged? What was done? Since they are on the roof of the house and we can't see what was done or not done..... Would have appreciated some feedback other than just a bill left on the front step.

The workers was great, fast and efficient, but the original quote was different from what I was actually billed. I was disappointed in that and when I mentioned it to the worker who given me the bill, he stated that it's what I was texted. He didn't offer to call or inform me to call. The quote was only a couple dollars off, so I didn't make a fuss, but the next time I use their services I will. Overall the service was good.

Prime time was excellent with the customer service. In fact I was surprised to get a live person to respond when I called regarding the arrival time. Although the price quoted was different than what I paid . Prime Time explained the difference and renegotiated the price. They were fast and efficient. I would call them again.

The crew that performed the work did a good job, worked efficiently, answered all our questions and actually gave us a quote I had not been able to get from the office staff. Setting the project up was the most difficult part. It wasn't easy to get a correct quote for the work prior to the crew arriving.
