They were professional, worked quickly and did a great job on my windows, for a good price too. I have a screened-in porch, and he asked if I wanted those washed as well. He quoted me a price, which was very reasonable, and the porch now looks great. I would hire them again.

When I called for a quote, they asked me how many windows I had. What I considered one window over my kitchen sink, they counted as two. I was quoted for 16 windows and they charged me for 42. I was really angry. I paid $100.00 MORE than I was quoted. I paid it without complaining because the guys who did my windows and screens did a fabulous job. I wish the person who quoted me would have explained how to count windows according to their industry. I have only used a service once before and the quote I got then was similar to my phone quote so I thought it was reasonable. Buyer BEWARE!

I was quoted $150 inside/out & appointment 2-4pm. I asked if they wipe out the windowsill & was assured that was part of service. Prime time arrived at 1150 am. Worker stated that window count was off, would be + $. I had a conf call @ noon & requested return at 2pm. He returned n told me $240 new price + $40 more to take off the window grids. $280 now! He cleaned the windows but did not clean the sills, did not return chairs to original location & broke a screen. Upon calling Prime Time re: broken screen I was assured they would pick up & repair. No sign of this terrible company.
