Two men came out for estimates and did window cleaning on the same day. They worked pretty fast with good results and redid a few windows next day upon request.

Mix-up. I did not understand that a window did not mean the whole window; that each part of the window counted. So what I counted as one window the company counts as two because each window has a top and bottom pane making it count as two windows. So I had to wash half of each window so they would all be clean. The nice man they sent allowed me to wash the bottom half so that made it work out. Maybe as an 80 year old, I just did not understand. The windows look great and the washer came on time.

They underestimated the time it would take, completely missed 3 windows and did not have appropriate equipment for high second stories.
