A better Window cleaning could have been done if it wasn't so windy. It job should have been rescheduled to a less windy day.

Fair price, very easy transaction, all handled over the phone and email. I'll admit I didn't get up on a ladder and check the gutters. Only complaint (and reason for four stars rather than five) is that there was a bit of a mess around the perimeter of the house. Not horrible, but I could tell that some work had been done. Overall, highly recommended.

I was not here when they did the cleaning. I was given a specific amount to pay over the phone, and the bill was higher, but they adjusted the cost. They should have given me the correct break down on the cleaning cost beforehand.

I was quoted one price, then invoiced for another. The difference wasn't a significant amount of money, but it would've been nice to have been notified of the price difference. In my experience, contractors do this all the time. They misquote a project, then expect you to cover their underestimation of time or other circumstances that can come up on a home improvement project. I'm always understanding about this if it's an issue with materials, but when it's the labor cost that they're trying to make up, I'm not so sympathetic. Get a firm quote from these folks and other contractors and hold them to it.

Contracted with Prime Time at 8:15 AM and the gutter cleaning job was completed by 12:30 PM. The employee, Adrian, was polite, knew what he was doing, and did an excellent and thorough job despite the freezing temperature and the condition of my gutters.
