Our worker arrived in the time frame given, worked hard, was polite and cared about his work. He kept us informed of his progress.

First time using Angi to find a home improvement company to work with and I hit a Homerun! Prime Time Window Cleaning was awesome! Great price, came the next day. Their guy Piotr was friendly, quick, and did an awesome job! Piotr took pictures of the gutters when he finished and showed me. They also emailed the pictures to me. These are my new go to for cleaning my gutters!

They came out to clean my gutters on a day that had storms rolling through the area. I was frankly surprised they were working at all under the conditions. They literally cleaned out years of accumulation from my gutters just minutes before heavy rains came through. I thought their pricing was very fair, indeed it was 30% less than the first such service I called. I have already recommended them to a friend and will certainly be using their services on a regular basis going forward.

On June 19 Joaquin from Prime Time Window came to the house for an estimate. He started the job on June 20 and fell off his ladder. The ladder crushed and bent the gutter and also bent the down spout separating it from the gutter. These are LeafGuard gutters which have to be repaired with LeafGuard parts so the warranty on my LeafGuard system remains intact. Joaquin stated they were insured and would take care of the damage. Another crew came out and finished the job. Joaquin shows up the next day saying heâ  s was here to finish the job. I told him the job had been completed. I said the only thing that needs to be done is to fix the gutters. At that time he told me to call the office and it would be taken care of. I called on June 21 to see when someone would come to assess the damage and how soon it could be repaired. I was told someone would stop by within the next couple of days. No one called or stopped by to assess the damage. I called LeafGuard and they came out on June 29. LeafGuard gave me an estimate of $2,540 to repair the damage. I forwarded the written estimate and offered to contact LeafGuard to start the job. After the job was completed I would forward pictures of the completed job and a paid invoice so I could be reimbursed as soon as possible. I then received an email from William Dron President &CEO on June30 stating, â  Sorry, that is not going to work for us. We will reach out next week to send our foreman out to take another lookâ  . A week went by with no contact from Prime Time Window. I called on July 7 and was told someone would stop by on Monday July 10 and no one showed up. On July 11 they were supposed to show up between 8am and noon and they didnâ  t. I called at 1:15and was told they would be here soon and they never showed up. I called on July 12 and was told I was on the schedule for that day. I called again at 4:30 and was told someone would be there by 2:00 on July 13. On Thursday July 13 they blocked my calls and didnâ  t respond to my email. In the meantime with heavy rain further damage is and can occur if the gutters are not repaired. I have to place bucket beneath the damaged gutter to stop further washing away mulch and a pooling of water next to the foundation of the house. I would like to have Prime Time pay to have LeafGuard staff make the repairs with LeafGuard products so my warranty will be intact. They seem to have a history of not repairing gutters they damage. They know they damaged the gutters . They have pictures of the damage and an estimate.
