They changed the price when they arrived on-site. The missed 5 windows on the outside and two of the windows inside. When I brought this to their attention they went and still missed two windows. They wanted to leave the wet debris in my garbage can.

He cleaned windows on second floor sunroom that required screen removal. He also noticed that one of the windows was not closed properly and fixed it. We are very happy with their work.

They cleaned our windows top to bottom, inside and out, including storm windows, Tech was very careful, successfully cleaning the storms without damaging them; some of them are difficult to remove and have missing hardware. Fast worker.
