Schedule and appointment for my mom to get her gutters cleaned. The company does time slots. She selected the 10am-1pm. Company confirmed the day before. The day of service no one showed or called. At 1:30pm we called the company. They stated they were behind and needed to reschedule. My mom was really let down. We had a lot of rain recently and her gutters were in real need of cleaning. She was most upset that she did not receive a call to let her know they were not coming or going to be late. The lack of communication was inconsiderate and unprofessional.
