Write a ReviewCounted Windows quoted 150 plus 2 for screens. I said ok. Came out. Told me $298. I said hell no. Told guys I was quoted 150. Told them hell no. They came back and agreed on 192 total. Guys did good work. But don't like being taken advantage of. Won't hire again.
I donÂ’t do windows so I need to rely on a service such as this one. I only have the service do the outside and screens. I need to tell the service people how the screens go on so they donÂ’t get replaced backward. No biggie. They are careful of my plantings around the outside of the house.
I hired this company for services for a rental property. My tenant called, after waiting for hours as they were late. I called the company and was told they were behind due to the rain and still coming. When the technician arrived, he didn't have the work order, so I explained I wanted exterior/ interior done. He also changed the price. I was told by my tenant, they only cleaned exterior and left garbage in the yard. I will never use this service again.
When I called to get a price I spoke to Will Dron. He asked how many windows do I have. I said 7. He quoted me $70 and emailed me the estimate showing "1-8 WINDOWS INSIDE/OUT + SILLS Unit price 70.00 Total 70.00". The employee arrived today I wasn't at home. My husband called me and said the cost was $220!!! My husband said the employees counted the windows and said the $220 was correct bases on how many windows we had. He was counting all of the storm windows!!!!! I WAS NEVER ASKED HOW MANY STORM WINDOWS I HAD!!!! My husband said to just clean the outside of the windows to try to bring the bill to a manageable cost. The reasons we called to have the windows cleaned is because we are both seniors and physically unable to clean the windows. Since the work had already begun my husband told the employee to go on and finish. We had to shuffle some bills because we are on a fixed income. When I called Will back to see if there was something that could be done about the price since I was misled and I reminded him of our conversation and the estimate. He said they can't clean 7 windows for $70. He said if I want to pay less I could have less windows cleaned. There was no acknowledgement that he had misled. I feel that the customer service I received was despicable and deplorable. To top things off.... I was cleaning up afterwards and found stains in my carpet in 3 of the rooms where the employee set the windows on the carpet to clean them. He didn't bring anything to set the windows on when the were being cleaned. I had to get on my hand and knees to clean the stains. I would give a -0 rating if it were available.
I was well satisfied with the job they did.
Of the two people, one did an OK job, the other left a fewstreaks.
They were on time. Courteous. Did windows in and out. Third floor. Would hire again.
The only thing I thought they were going to do was wipe off my sills on the windows in my living room I cant reach. Otherwise I was completely satisfied with everything
The gutters were thoroughly cleaned - to a point. I have the type of downspouts that have rubber extenders so that the mulch does not get sprayed everywhere. Water was poured down the downspouts, but the tops of the extenders were not removed to take out the debris. Additionally, I had to call to see if they were still coming as they were not on time by a long shot. They should have called me to tell me that they would be late.
Issue #1: After discussing gutter cleaning project with vendor, received formal quote which was over double the verbally agreed to price; notified and received corrected quote. #2: Arranged for Friday service visit between 12-2pm. Initiated status call at 2:30pm following no show, rescheduled for Monday visit. #3: Showed up late again on Monday. #4: Services performed, but do not believe gutters were fully cleaned. They used a ladder to gain access to second story gutters, but did not climb on roof. Wondering how they accessed gutter area over 20' sunroom as well as the second floor gutter over the front porch overhang.
