Prime time did a great job. Work was done quickly and well. 4 stars because the guy doing the work called me from the site and asked for more money than the original quote. I refused and he said he could not do the work. I called the office. They seemed surprised and told me the work had already been done at the original price. Not sure what happened there but I will hire again based on the quality of the work done.

Quick service,courteous and affordable. Great job Prime time. BUT it was not mentioned on phone that they only take credit cards.

From the first contact the;y were really professional. Over the phone, while looking at photos of my home online, and with information I provided, I received an initial estimate range for the work which found acceptable. Luckily, they were able to take care of me the next day. I received a call when they were 20 minutes away. When they arrived, Ken and Len provided a final estimate and once I accepted it, immediately began work. They were focused, fast efficient and thorough in their work. They followed the health safety protocols around masks and were extremely respectful of my home and of my need to feel that they were mindful of keeping us all safe through distancing and masks. They were done faster than I expected and I have sparkling clean windows!

They came when expected, made sure everything was cleaned when they left and gave a fair price. It hasn’t rained yet so I can’t leave full review until I see if water runs over the gutters
