Write a ReviewThe contractor did not show up on the date of the appointment. They did not call to let me know. They arrived the following day and cleaned the gutters. Approximately 2 hours later I hear people only roof and its another crew from the contractor. When I asked what he was doing he said cleaning the gutters, I told him that the gutters had just been cleaned by them he stated that there was still debris in the gutters. When I shared this with PrimeTime I was told it was a scheduling error to have 2 crews there. when I asked about the gutters not being cleaned fully by the 1st crew I was told it was good that the 2nd crew showed up. I was asked if I was satisfied with the cleaning.

After the cleaning when the light hit at a certain angle I noticed some windows were not cleaned well. Also I was charged more than I was quoted on the phone. The workers were very courteous and nice.

They did good work but charged me over $100 more than their estimate for cleaning my gutters. They added on extra service charges that were not discussed upfront and then overall charged me more for services. I would not hire them again.

For usual gutter cleaning jobs, downspouts come out to extra pricing, and depending on the amount can increase the price significantly. First of all, they did a great job on the windows, and I assumed they did a great job on the gutters. The problem is that I wanted 2 limestone window ledges cleaned and they cleaned them all, charging me 750.00. I would of opted to not do this if I knew the price. Seems like more of the old north shore oblivious housewife markup at work to me.

I was quoted $120 over the phone. The tech showed up promptly (only one guy) and did an OK job on the windows. It took him a little less than 45 minutes. He presented me with a bill for $170 which I refused to pay as the quote was $120. He showed me an agreement (which I never saw and never signed) that said 35 to 50 windows would cost $170. The guy on the phone should have forwarded that agreement to me but he didn't. Really??? Almost $4 per minute for window cleaning??? And 30 of my windows are small casement windows. Last year, 2 guys came over and spent 90 minutes cleaning the windows for $110. Too bad I couldn't remember the name of the company. My bad.

Have never, ever had my windows sparkle like this. Gentlemen were very polite and considerate. Did a great job and quick. Will have them twice a year from now on.

I was given a 10 to 12 window time frame. The crew arrived at 2 and I was in touch with the company several times from 11:50 until 1:55 when they finally arrived. Each time with a different reason why they were delayed. The quote provided was not the price on their invoice and I am currently working on getting that resolved. They failed to disclose how they "estimate" the number of windows being cleaned, which didn't include storm doors. This wasn't disclosed in their estimate. Also the screen "cleaning" was not disclosed, so I ended up paying 50% more than what was quoted, not knowing the difference in the 2 services. The work itself was good, eventually, but I will not call them again.

The work was fine, but on the day of service they changed my 10AM-noon appointment time to 2PM-4PM without notifying me! Even the day before the time was still confirmed as 10AM so I waited from 10-12, and when nobody showed I called them and was told they were arriving between 2 and 4. The worst part was that the person on the phone acted like it was no big deal that I wasted my entire morning waiting for them. Uhhh... yeah, it is a big deal to waste your customersÂ’ time. They could have at least had the common courtesy to call or text to let me know the new time. Bad communication and bad business practice. Happy with their work though, once they finally arrived.
