Prime Time is flexible, professional and prompt. They did a decent job on the windows, there were a few spots they could have spent more time on to remove some difficult grime, but overall good. The only negative is the way you are nickle and dimed once they are on site but I think this is pretty standard for most window cleaning companies.

He arrived a couple hours early. I was thrilled. He had to remove/replace outside screens on 3 windows - I think that was my job. My windows are very clean. He did a great job.
