I was quoted a lowball estimate without benefit of someone looking at the first. I told the person on the phone that I had leaf guards on my gutters and he said it would only add 40 dollars to the total. When the service person arrived he said that the total to do the job was twice what I was quoted. Having needed the job done I agreed to what the serviceman quoted. He did a great job but they need to look at jobs and not give blind quotes bacause most people have budgets that they have to stick to.

Good work except that they ended up doing more than what was initially quoted with asking us first. This increased the bill we were supposed to pay by 25%.

They sent pictures of gutters after job was completed and emailed the invoice. If they had access to water from outside I would not have needed to be present.
