I set up a 12:00 noon appointment to have my gutters cleaned. He finally arrived at 6:00 PM. The cost was $173. That's more than the $130. I was anticipating it would cost. It hasn't rained since I had the work done, so I can't comment on the quality of the work.

Prime Time responded right away with an appointment date and time. However, they did not show up. After calling and speaking to Will he said "It was raining, maybe we can come tomorrow". No phone call, just didn't show up. I was awakened the next morning by the sound of someone on my roof. Still no call. I requested to be informed of any additional charges PRIOR to performing any additional work. I was charged for cleaning 4 downspouts without prior authorization. Use this company if time and money are no issue.

First man came when I was not home. Did house and not garage as agreed upon. Left bag of gutter trash in front yard. Few days later, I received email for payment, and told them I left payment in the mailbox like I told them I would, and the man did not get the message and just left a bill. Replied I would pay when the garage was done. Another man came the next day, cleaned the garage gutters in no time, I paid him, and that was it.

I was not home but they came in and did the job I was pleased with the work. They did not leave a mess I had my gutters cleaned before and the person left everything in the yard I was impressed how clean they left everything

He even provided pictures of the gutters to let me see how clean the job was done and he replaced the brackets for a small price. I was overly pleased.
