The gutters were actually cleaned one day early. The pricing contract was a bit tricky, including the downspout add-on which was not obvious. Bombarded by discount emails for at least a week afterward, maybe more.

It seems like we failed to provide a clear picture as to our current resources and capabilities. In your case, being a new home, it seems like you were expecting a white glove type service. Though we do offer this type of service, we are worried that it may be more than what you are willing to spend. We hope you are at least satisfied with the window cleaning Rafal did on your home. If you are open to exploring a solution for getting your tracks spotless, we would be open to discussing that with you. Hope you are having a great morning. Kindest regards, I was told I was mistaken if I thought I would get a pristine experience. After I complained about the tracks being dirty by mud being pushed into the corners and left, dirt and mud droppings left on my carpet underneath each window. My plant was broken by the man that was doing the cleaning. And I was quoted $200 but when he got here he quoted me 320. And when I spoke to the manager he told me I must have thought I would get a pristine experience. I paid $250.

Way overpriced. quoted me one price and then increased it by more than 300% when they got to the house. definitely will not hire again.
