I have 30 windows in my home. I called and got a phone quote from Judy for them to be cleaned. Quoted $200 for them to be cleaned inside and out. A young man came and cleaned the windows then presented me a bill for $370 claiming that my double hung windows were all two windows each. I called the office and the man I spoke to was unprofessional in handling the situation.

Will called this morning and by 4pm the job was done. SAME DAY SERVICE!!! It is a load off my mind and one less item on my "To Do" List. John and Lauren were terrific, They were fast and knowledgeable. I'm believe in vendor loyalty but retired people need to watch their pennies. I would highly recommend Prime Time Window Cleaning if you ever want gutters/downspouts cleaned or windows washed. Thanks, Will, John, Lauren and HomeAdvisor.

Cleaned house gutters & flushed downspouts. Were in too much of a hurry to do a really good job.

The gutters were cleaned, but all the stuff from the gutters was simply thrown on the ground for me to clean up later. So, it felt like the job was half done.

Worker -Jose-was OK being a little early. His window work was good. I did not know he does not clean sills unless more money is to be paid. Also, the initial quote was at $250.00, but was increased to $280.00-I did not argue as I am not healthy to do this any longer, and this was a gift for my very sick wife. The power washing was OK as well-I enjoyed doing some of it myself. I did not know that the few minutes on the deck furniture would be costly either. Over all, glad this is done now---we can enjoy the deck. I gave Jose a nice tip and a beer when leaving.Will try a different firm next time.
