work appears to be done correctly - could not go on the roof and look at the gutters - leaves/debris from gutters appears to be on my AC units under the gutters- not sure it is from them,but .. biggest disappointment - they quoted $110 - when they got to the house said it was bigger than expected - wanted $250 - told them I had quotes for less - offered me $225 and I agreed. When invoiced it said "added cost for garage" -attached to house - bottom line ended up paying over$250 people were nice, friendly and courteous - should be more accurate/descriptive with quote- deceptive pricing

They said they would be there in the afternoon, but showed up at 7:45am. They did not ring door bell before leaving, so that I could check the work. Charged more then quote.

They were very fast. They came out the day I called!! I would have rated a 5 star for all, however, since I didn't get on the roof to check the work......? From what I could tell from the street, it looks like they did a great job in record time. I would hire again.

THE MEN WHO CLEANED OUR WINDOWS WERE VERY VERY GOOD AT THEIR JOBS CURTIOUS AND PROFESSONAL CAREFULL ABOUT KEEPING OUR HOUSE CLEAN AND NEAT, WOULD HAVE THEM BACK AGAIN.

They entirely missed their firs appointment - cleaner had a flat tire so he couldn't make it but no one called me to tell me that he was going to be late or miss the day entirely. Met the next day appointment on time

Didn't show in time frame indicated 1pm to 4pm. At 4:15pm I had to call to see what happened. Was told it was getting too late for them to come today, after I waited 3hrs!...Came next day early. was quoted a ridicious price to clean one gutter, told the man I didn't want it done at all. Guy in office called said his guy came a long distance and travel time was extensive. I agreed to pay him $50 to do the one gutter. At first, I was told it would cost me the whole $110. Why would I pay him that, because he had traveled so far. Not my problem, didn't hold up his end of bargin.
