Write a ReviewHired them to come out and clean gutters near end of April. Made an appointment for Noon on Saturday . Showed up at 9, while I wasn't home. Gutters were still leaking, overflowing. They came back to redo the job. Will have to see if the gutter is still leaking after next big rain.

Do NOT hire this scam artist company! Do your research. I hired them because I trusted they were reputable given the rating on Home Advisor. Bad decision!! First off...if you do hire, pay by credit card because you will be desputing the charge. Horrible experience from beginning to end. They started off by quoting me one price but upcharging over every little made up excuse they could come up with! Half the windows are still dirty. Tech blamed it on acid rain. Filth left hanging off sill on transom ledge, screens left filthy and untouched. Tech claimed his boss instructed him not to wipe off any sills because that would be another upcharge. He refused to give a quote on a foyer chandelier because he didn't have a tall enough ladder when the chandelier is clearly visible from the ground. There was a bench left pulled out on my porch with filth left all over my ledge and ground. I called and left a message for a call back....no call. I called the next day and spoke with the owner Will. He assured me that the poor work quality was not reflective of the company's standards and he would rectify the issue immediately. He stated that the upcharge was due to not applying a coupon. I never had a coupon so this was just a deflective excuse. He said we could reschedule a complete redo and add the chandelier to rectify the upcharge. The day before my appointment, I get an email from Evan saying they were too busy and wouldn't be able to make my appointment. I emailed him back to explain that this was unacceptable.....I received no response. I called and asked for the owner's contact information and was told no and told I could call back. I want a refund from this company. I've read on yelp that other people have had similar experiences with them as well. I will be leaving this on all other review websites and calling the Better Business Bureau as well. This company seeks to scam people. They give you the run around until you leave a review of their less than professional work. Then answer by apologizing and telling people to call them and swear by their 5 star reputation .....this is B.S. If they were reputable they would just reimburse or follow through. They are unprofessional liars who make a living ripping people off! No, I won't call you and play phone tag, Will. Just give me my money back and I'll post an update on how reputable and honest your company really is.

After setting up appt. with Prime Time, serviceman arrived within four hours to clean the gutters. He was done in less than 45 minutes. The gutters and downspouts were cleaned. My only concern is that the workman didn't flush water through the downspouts to also remove any remaining leaf debris. Hopefully by not doing so, there won't be another backup of leaves in the downspouts and gutters in the near future.

Not only did they complete the work the same day I requested it, they explained how the gutters had become so blocked. Did you know that, as your roof ages, the gravel/rough stuff on the shingles falls off and into the gutters? I didn't. And then when the leaves and twigs end up there, too, you get this really nasty sludge that ends up blocking the drains.

Little experience shown, tried to throw all debris into gardens and walkways, I told them to bag it, threw my gutter screens on the ground and did not replace them. No clean up afterwards, and did not replace downspout moved from the french underground drain. Was this their first job? They tried to charge me extra also.
