They gave me a three hour time-frame and came five minutes before the time-frame was over. The first thing the window cleaner did was use the bathroom. It was marginal from there to the end. He was a nice young man, but barely qualified for the job. I would not recommend or use them again.

We gave the customer an arrival time slot of 10-1. We showed up to do the work before 1pm. This was an 18 windows outside only job. Some of the windows were french style windows with the grids in them. We only charged this customer $74.00 to do the work. We gave this customer a great deal on the work, and this particular technician has been with us for years. We wish this customer would have communicated her dissapointment with us before writing such poor review. I hope we can earn her business again.

They cleaned the gutters and put the bill in the mail box. They bagged up the stuff from the gutter and put in garbage can which was fine with me. I called them with credit card payment.

Technician was late and I had to call for an updated arrival time. Technician quickly identified and removed gutter blockages (tennis ball and small football from previous owner). Technician was reluctant and did not thoroughly clean all gutters after blockage was removed.

They contacted me by email right away after I requested a quote. The email included the full price quote. They followed up with a phone call within hours of the email to ask if I had further questions. When I contacted them on Thursday, they offered to get the job done the next day. I scheduled them they came, completed the job and cleaned up after themselves. Their price was reasonable and I am very happy with their service.
