I hired Prime Time to clean my gutters and windows. I have a 2 story house with a few difficult gutter areas to clean. The guys doing the work were great.

Not sure if they actually cleaned the downspouts that I was charged for since they didn't have any tool to snake the downspouts. Just showed up without a call.

the crew came out when we were not home, which I wish they would have not done, because our gates were locked and they could have gotten injured by walking on roof, plus they charged us a little more than what the invoice stated, but when we complained they did adjust the bill, our neighbor across the street said there were four men that came out. Would probably use them again

Excellent. Gutters were frozen when team came out, so they rescheduled. Two areas needed repair: one I knew of, one I did not. They took the time to show me the damage, then did a superb job with repitching and reattaching gutter. Would recommend this company.

This company did not inform me that there would be an additional charge of $24.00 each for the down spouts, changing the charge from $80 to $124. They never mentioned an extra charge for the down spouts.
Dear Ms. Janet, we are sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with the customer service. We charge $8/ per downspout which would have been disclosed when booking the appointment. We charge $8/per downspout only if the downspout is clogged and needs cleaning. You were charged in total $24 for the gutter cleaning (for 3 downspouts). And, in order to be fair to you and our other customers and technicians, we need to charge accordingly for the work we actually perform. If you still feel as though you need to resolve this, you may contact us at 800-480-1360 and speak to the supervisor.
DidnÂ’t show up on the day they were scheduled. Never called or contacted me. Never called or contacted me about their no show. Over a week later they showed up on a day unannounced and expected my housekeeper to let them in. Not very reliable.
