the cleaner arrived fairly promptly,explained all procedures,was neat and efficient and finished as quickly as possible. Very satisfactory and I'm sure I will have my gutters cleaned again when necessary.

Fast service. The job was good although a few of the windows were not totally clean but the windows were very dirty to begin with.

They did a great job. The team of two arrived early and were ready to go. They were very neat, no messy water or soap spills. There was some confusion over the cost for cleaning the screens but it was quickly resolved. I would definitely use them again.

They are wonderful. They did and excellent job. I would use them again next year. They cleaned up after themselves. They know what they are doing and get the job done.

They were fast and efficient. Probably a tad short of my expectations in terms of quality. There were a couple of windows that still had spots and when I asked about them, I got kind of a blank stare and a response of "yeah, I saw that too." But no offer to go back and clean them again. I will admit, we have a very difficult building as we live on the second floor and there's no easy way to get to the outside.

Since I didn't climb the ladder to examine the gutters, I can only say the job was completed. But I'm still waiting for them to answer my request as to what is the conditions of my gutters (need replacement, any holes, rusting, etc). I have not heard from the workers. Therefore, I can't give the rating a 5 star.

I was very pleased with the service I got. I was contacted for an appointment immediatley and provided with a reasonable quote. The person who contacted me was very professional. The work was done well and I would definatley use Prime Time again.

Prime Time sent me cost estimates by mail and email -- including the certificate of insurance -- and followed up with telephone calls. The cleaners showed up on time, with equipment and ladders, and efficiently washed the windows inside and out. They put down drop cloths to keep the area clean, and straightened up afterwards.

Initially I wasn't too happy about how they work when it is going to rain but scheduling issues aside they did a good job. I was skepticle when I saw the window cleaner using a long pole to access the 3rd/2nd floor windows then spray on a cleaning solution. However, to my surpirse our windows were really clean !! Will plan on using them again next year as they were very well priced and, despite the scheduling issues, the windows were very clean.
