The gentlemen were very friendly, they explained what they were doing, they told me what would have been to difficult/costly to do. I was quoted a basic cost and was told what would be extra. I am old enough to know a job would never be done for a basic cost. Overall, the job was done well, my windows look clean, and there was no mess inside or outside my home. I would recommend this company.

The original seller was not quite open about the price. Quoted me one price, said they would clean screens, etc. When the team came, they were up front about the whole thing. Screens were extra, as were skylights. I wanted the work done, and it was worth the money, but it would have been better to have the real quote up front.

It was raining on the day when the service was scheduled, thus service was not performed then. However, there was no attempt to reschedule the service, workers just showed up on a next business day. Luckily I happened to be home. I was also informed that since the gutters are "oversized", the price for service will increase from the estimated $140 to $200. They did not offer to flush the downspouts, which was an option on the original estimate. Visible gutters look clean.
