Prime time called me immediately after I checked options at Homeadvisor. They came the next day. The only reason I gave them 4's is because they came too early, I had requested 1:00 and the arrival at 12:30 meant I didn't feel like I knew how or what he had done. With a very few windows and my expectations for each, I would have preferred to be here! I will call them again however.

I am disappointed with this company. I had my appointment scheduled for between 8-10am. Having not heard anything from your company I called at 10:30. I was told the technician was still at another house, running late and would be at my house within an hour. Nothing by 12:30 I called backed and spoke with the gentlemen who schedules the technicians. My tech was still at a house, job turned out to be bigger than they thought, should be at my house soon, promised to call when tech was on the way. Again, heard nothing and had to leave my house, so I called around 3:30 and was told the tech was at my house. He has arrived and begun the work. Never got a call like I was told. I was also told tech bags refuse and puts it in my drive. No bags of debris but I can see in my yard the debris that came out of the gutters, but the tech did not pick up anything, I did that. Also, a piece of our gutter system/siding was found in my yard, again tech did not pick this up or tell us about it.
