I was told they would be by between noon and 2pm. No one showed up by 2 so I called to reschedule for another day. After rescheduling, the crew showed up on the originally scheduled date, but 2 hours late at around 4pm. I went ahead with the work since they did eventually show up. The price is reasonable and the work was done quickly and to my satisfaction, but their office/management people need to be better organized.

The windows were not deep cleaned and we had to go over some of the windows after they left. That being said. The workers were pleasant and on time. Just no attention to detail - but then we are very picky customers and by todays standard (lower then ours) it was OK.

Once they arrived, the service was efficient and very good. The peopel I talked to on the phone were very friendly and helful.

I noticed one of the gutters looks like it was not cleaned still had plant life sticking out and also one of the downspouts was filled with mud. Otherwise, it looks like they did a fairly good job and they came out in a timely manner. Once it rains again, I will be able to rate them a little more.
