I would use the independent contractor that was sent here to do the windows again, but I will NOT use Prime Time Window Cleaning again. Here is why: The first appointment was scheduled incorrectly - the crew came on a Tuesday night versus a Wednesday night; When the crew arrived on Wednesday night, they arrived 45 minutes late therefore work could not be completed; A Saturday appointment was made for 9am - after several phone calls to Phil, the owner, a crew finally showed up at 11! Definitely NOT an example of good customer service!

There was a mis-communication in the initial scheduling. We showed up on Tuesday night, on time. Customer asked us to come Wednesday. When we came on Wednesday, there was plenty of time to do the work. Customer asked us to come Saturday. We completed the work to her satisfaction on Saturday.

There was a difference of opinion on the work done and agreed work to be done. The price didn't agree with the agreed price discussed over the phone.

It is explained to all of our customers that this is an "approximate over the phone quote." That the technician will discuss the work to be done and the price to be billed before we start any work on their home.

Very nice competent people who did a very good job. My only problem is your repeated phone calls. We will probably drop our home phone due to annoying, constant intrusive calls.

The contractor showed up at the scheduled time. He answered all of my questions and gave me suggestions for future maintenance of the roof and gutters. I will definitely use them again.

This is my second time that I have used their service. It was great both times. I love the respect and trust this company shows for their clients. If you are not there, they will leave you the bill and you can pay later. How awesome and trustworthy is that! I will continue to use them always.

They did a great job on the windows, the only thing I found strange was they took down the window treatments and I had to put them all back up after they were done. If you take them down you should put them back up. Other than that they did great on the windows.
