I was not able to be present at my home when Prime Time came to clean my gutters and downspouts. The work that was to be done was the gutters and downspouts. However, the very next day after Prime Time doing the work on my gutters, we had a lot of rainfall so I quickly discovered that both of my down spouts were clogged. I ended up calling Prime Time again and asking them to come back out to my home to finish the job. Prime Time came back to my home and successfully unclogged my down spoust. However, they left me a bill for the work which was originally to be $100, but this time with an additional charge to clean the down spouts of $18

Will Dron was great to work with. He responded to my request immediately and insisted that my requests to (1) have the gutters completely cleaned, and the gutters and downspouts blown out removing any residual debris, and (2) all debris was removed from the premises, would be done. Finally, as a bonus, when I got home that night, the driveway, and brick pavers were completely cleaned of any fallen debris. I will definitely contract with them again for future jobs, and would highly recommend them to others.

My Gutters were in dire need of cleaning. Prime time took care of this project with no problems. I really liked the fact that I could be billed later for the cleaning service rendered.

The contractor showed up at my home on 11/2/10 unannounced. He placed his ladder across my bedroom window. When I ran outside, I confronted the contractor. He told me Will told him to complete the project. I had no idea they were coming. I had not authorized anyone to be at my home. I called Will who was less than apologetic. He stated most customers weren't home when they work. He also stated that they spoke to me on 10/20/10 and I ok'd the work. I explained to him the extent of my anger and frustration. I was highly offended that this man showed up to my home. I felt violated and I would NEVER recommend this company.

This customer gave us the go ahead to come out and perform the work on 11/2/2010. The job was for a gutter cleaning. Our technician rang the doorbell to let the customer know that we were there. When no one answered the door, we assumed they were not home and that we would do the work for them and leave the bill in the mailbox. we completed the work to the customers satisfacion in on-time, thorough and friendly manner. We hope we can earn their business again.
