At first, I was inpressed how quickly I received a call after requesting the work. I even received a call to remind me of the sat. approintment. I traveled over 1 1/2 hrs only to find NO show. And it was only when I called 1/2 after they were to be there, when I was told they were on another job! I could re-schedule or wait for 5 hours. I'm not sure what happened with the scheduling but it was very upsetting. I had to leave the property. I understand they did show up about 2 pm that day but I have not been able to review the work.

We had an error in our scheduling that particular day. We eventually made it out to service the customer. We are actually going back this Saturday to touch up a few things that were overlooked.
