"Assessment of initial problem (clogged drains) and POA was explained thoroughly. I needed work completed by the weekend and work was scheduled in a timely manner. When a more serious problem was identified by the plumber who came out to clear drains, the problem was explained thoroughly. Tom understood my time crunch with out-of-town visitors arriving the next evening, He arranged to have a team of four arrive the next morning to get the work done.
