They arrived on time as scheduled went right to work and very efficiently cleaned screens, windows (inside & out), and sills. The windows look great and there was no mess left behind. Very happy with the service. Will have them back again.

Very timely ( Sheduled them for 9:00 - 10:00 the were there right at 9:00. They work dilengently never stop for a break during the whole time here. Would recomend to others and will use them again.

Didn't use the doorbell on first visit, so had to reschedule. Follow-up appointment was 2 hours early, but work was near perfect. Look forward to being a repeat customer.

High marks for responsiveness, low marks for actual service. They were very quick to reply and easy to schedule with. They came while I was at work, which was convenient. My father, who was at my house during their service call, noticed that they did not have a tall enough ladder for our 2 1/2 story condo bldg, but gained access to the roof via the back porch. It rained later that night and water spilled over the gutters so I called and they sent someone out the next day, no charge. he confirmed the gutters were clean. It's clear to me now that they did not clear the downspout, a service they claimed to perform.

The washers gave another price (much higher) for the work compared to the estimate from the company; I contacted the office to discuss the price (before they began the work); the washer at the end disagreed with the amount agreed upon with the office and requested seperate cash for the difference (I refused); washers completed project in a timely manner; windows were clean, but could have been better
