Not happy with "dusting" of screens.

Good company with hard working employees. They installed my gutter guards with great pride and expertise. It was around 90 degrees outside and they just kept going until the job was completed.

The gentlemen who came did a wonderful job. They were super fast and the windows look beautiful! They wore booties over their shoes which I appreciated. A bit higher priced than I was anticipating. But the quality of work was worth it. Highly recommend.

Hired PT for gutter cleaning. A crew was out the next day and charged full price, but did a very poor job, leaving several gutters and downspouts un-cleaned. I complained to the company and to their credit they were very responsive. A second crew came out the next day and did a thorough job. So, overall I give PT a good rating, but they did have a very bad crew working for them.

The response to my request for an estimate was extremely quick and they were out the next day to complete the job. The job was done very well, but the cost of the service ended up being considerably more than the estimate. Still a good value.

The estimates our customer service reps give over the phone are usually accurate, but in some cases the work turns out to be much more demanding than anticipated. We are very competitive with our pricing and vow to beat any fully insured company. We are happy you still realized the value in our service. The contractor did a great job, we had not cleaned out the gutters for four years because they had covers on them but this guy came in and unscrewed them all to insure all was well. The pricing quoted changed by $8 but it was worth it. We plan on using this service again.
