Couldn't see Ratings and Reviews because they called us so quickly. Service was superb. Works extremely well. Enjoyed working with service professional. Did a little extra, which was very nice. Took branches off roof. Swept up leaves on driveway since he had blower out.

Nobody showed up for the first day. I called prime time and they promised next day service at 10. Am with the discount on the price. Next day i called several time. The customer service had no clue So they came at 12 or 1 pm. No discount offered. The crew were courteous and they did a good job.

They did a good job cleaning the gutters but I also had them power wash the front of the house. I ended up with scrapes & scratches on my front door. It bothered me that they did not admit to damaging my front door.

the cleaning rep (Ed) was on time and immediately got to work. He was thorough and upon completion even gave me additional information and suggestions about my gutters to avoid a particular future problem I was concerned about.
