We originally scheduled them for the Monday before Thanksgiving, when we ended up with snow covered gutters. So they rescheduled for the day after Thanksgiving, and they ended up coming on Thanksgiving Day, which was fine with us. They took away all the debris that they removed and left no mess. Price was as agreed to.

Arrived on time and technician was neat and professional. He even took the bags of debris cleared from the gutters with him. The price was what we agreed to; there were no hidden fees or upcharges.

The only disappointment was that the technicians did not show up on the day they were scheduled to come. I had to call the company to find out if they would be coming the following day, as no one called me with any status updates. They did come and do the work the following day, and did a good job. The only other comment I would have is that they should be careful to close yard gates when work is completed. Mine was left open and one of my dogs escaped that yard, as I did not check before letting the dogs out that evening.
