Was given a price and the bill after service was 72.00 higher. I have not paid this and am referring it to the BBB. Will NEVER use again.
Dear Ms. Rynn, We are sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with the quality of the work. As was stated to you multiple times, the estimate you received was based on initial information that we had about your property. When we got out to your property, there was additional work required that was not disclosed to us in advance. In order to be fair to our other customers and technicians, we need to charge accordingly for the work we actually perform. Your downspout flushing was comped after your complaint, and you are being charged exactly the same as your neighbor. We are not sure what else there is to do here for you. If you still feel as though you need to resolve this, you may contact us at 800-480-1360 and speak to the owner.

They were not on time.
Hi Daniel, we are terribly sorry for not being prompt with our arrival time. As the weather gets colder, it becomes incredibly hard for our technicians to work in the freezing temperatures which is why they typically wait until it warms up a little before starting the work. We love getting feedback from our customers so we can continually improve our service and we really appreciate your business and look forward to servicing you again!

The price is good and Alex and his partner did great work on cleaning our gutters. They were on time to their appointment and work diligently cleaning the gutters. I know for sure I will be calling them again whenever I need their service. Thank you!

Unfortunately, the sales person forgot to put in a work order of my request. I did call them and they came out within the next week. Andres did clean the gutter on my garage but only cleaned one down spout. I may or may not use them again.
