The owner does not seem to want to communicate disputes and hangs up right away. The price quoted prior to service was different than the actual price. I have no problem with paying higher but it is unfair for the customer to pay a higher price without informing them. One time experience is enough will never use this company again.

They did not clean all the gutters leaving the highest ones untouched. I only discovered this when I hired another company to install leaf guards on these and the installers showed me a large amount of debris they removed from them.

I will never use this company again . They bait and switch. Tell you one price and then do the work and try and change a higher price . Their customer service when I tried to discuss they hung up on me .. Not a company you should refer to people not a good representation of your company..

Laughable. He had our guys wash all of his windows inside / outside screens, and window wells, etc. They worked really hard on this job and the windows were filthy. Our technicians specifically asked him if he wanted the (3) window wells cleaned for $20 each and he said yes. Then he conveniently had to leave before our guys finished the work and tell them to have the office send him a bill and he will pay. We send him an invoice for $280 and he sends us a check for $220. He stiffed us out of $60.
