I expected all debris from gutters to be picked up and bagged. Much was thrown down and left; some was bagged and put into my garbage can. My problem is that debris that was thrown down into my bushes and plants and left there. I picked up an extra 4 grocery size bags and 1 large Hefty leaf bag of debris after the service person left -- not all of it was from the gutters, but a lot was. While he was here he picked up stuff he had overlooked and I pointed out to him. He was very nice about that. He did not have his own hose or rake and I provided those. When I asked why he didn't come with a hose, he said he'd have to put it in his car wet. To be honest there were small plants growing in the gutters (the same as the rest of the gutters around here); but they were not foot long as the man at the company said. I will not use this company again. They also charge extra to rinse the downspouts, but I knew about that. The service man asked me for the hose a soon as he arrived and said it was to rinse the gutters. He did charge me for flushing 3 downspouts and I have no problem with that -- just all the mess left behind.

The work quality, when they finally showed up, was excellent. However, when I first made the appointment, I was given a time frame of 8 - 10 am that Friday (which did surprise me, since I was calling on Wednesday and did not expect to get it scheduled the same week. On Friday morning, I received a text saying they would be there between 12 - 2, which was okay with me. When it was approaching 2 and they had not showed up, I called and the woman told me she would call the technician and call me back. No call back. When it was approaching 3, I called and the technician told me that the crew was finishing up in a neighboring town and would be out. He asked if it would be okay if they showed up Saturday because they do about 100 jobs a day, etc. I said okay because I wanted my windows washed. I called first thing Saturday morning and was given an 11 time frame. They showed up around that time.
