My request was during a week of many rain/wind storms in our area. As a result, Prime Time service men did not come during the scheduled appointment time. However, they were there the very next day. The workers were fast, polite and professional. I was pleased and will use Prime Time again in six months to clean my gutters.

Young boy was dropped off to clean the gutters alone, he was polite and did a great job and cleaned up afterward. I was disappointed though that neither he nor the gentleman who dropped him off spoke English so I was unable to discuss additional work I wanted done, I specifically made the appointment for a time that I would be home in order to do that.
