He was very effective. He cleaned out the gutters and washed three big plate glass windows. I wish I had thought to ask him how bad the gutters were. I know the windows were filthy.

The gentlemen from Prime Time Window Cleaning was extremely polite and professional. He thoughly cleaned the gutters and disposed of their content. However, whilke cleaning the gutters, he also cleaned 4 downspouts. To my suprise, this was an additional expense of $32 (roughly a 3rd of the cost of cleaning all the gutters). This additional expense should have been shared with me prior to the work being performed.

My experience with Prime Time Window was terible. The company did not follow my instructions. Came in done the services before our appointment, after i specifically told them i wanted to be home with the service was done. Shceduled an appointment for them to show me show me what was done and they did not show up nor called me to rescheduled. I contacted the owner of the company and expressed feelings towards the job and the owner was very rude, was not listing to what i was saying, told me to shoot myself. Customer service is terrible. I will definatly not recommend them to anyone. I am not happy with them at all.

Did an excellant job on the gutters! They came out with snow on the roof, and cleaned the leaves/icey slush out.

Very unprofessional! They didnt have their own equipment they asked to use my hose so I dug it out of the garage, and I lent it to them. I left to work and when I came back, all they did was blow out the gutters, they left all the debris all over and left my hose out to freeze on my deck. NO I wouldnt recommend them at all!

this customers gutters were completely full and the downspouts were packed! We did a very thorough job cleaning the gutters. If there were some leaves that we left around the home it was an oversight and an accident. We would have been out asap had we have known about the mess. I hope we could earn their business in the future.

Will was very responsive to the request (I got a call back in about 2 minutes after submitting the request). Although the workers were about 2 hours late for their scheduled appointment, they did a good job.
