I am so disappointed. I just realized that, while cleaning my skylights, the men bent my gutters in three places with their ladder, and lifted the flashing under my shingles. The ladder was too short, evidently, and they leaned it up against my gutters instead of the roof. Now I will have to spend money to have my gutter and flashing repaired!

First sizeable rainfall was 5/20/13. No water in basement was a good sign. I wanted to know how often the agent suggested having gutters cleaned. I was not sure of his answer. He was also helpful as far as the condition of my roof. I appreciated that information and can start saving for a roof replacement. Thanks for your prompt serfvice.

You have to assume they did good job since you can't see gutters before or after. I saw some stuff they took out. They said it was stuffed with leaves and mud. I don't know how completely they cleaned. I don't think they 'flushed' the gutters.

This company first quoted me for one price and charged me another price, even though on multiple occasions I confirmed the quoted price. Also, when they first came out the said they couldn't perform the work...the very next day they came out and performed the work without notification! Stay clear of this company. They aren't worth the hassle! Read about them on Yelp!
