They were 1.25 hours late. They did a great job, but they charged over 200 more than the estimate.

When we came out on-site to do the work, your home had significantly more windows, as well as storm windows, than we were anticipating. In order to be fair to all of our customers, we need to charge accordingly for the actual amount of work required. As a courtesy for the discrepancy in price, we cleaned your doors free of charge.
