Totally unreliable and inconsiderate. They don't show up for scheduled appointments and when and if they do show up they don't bring the proper equipment. Worst customer service ever. Don't waste your time with this company, they don't value your business.

The price went up quite a bit after they counted windows even though they looked at my house on-line and counted them. And I had to pay extra for skylights which I guess is typical.
