Arrived as scheduled. Did an excellent job cleaning and flushing the gutters - showed me the amount of leaves they collected on the roof. Courteous and professional. Would use them again.

DId a good job. The deal that was made over the phone did not seem to be communicated to the person who showed up to do the work. They did eventually communicate and the deal was made.

I thoroughly explained the job. Two men came out and did not have the necessary chemicals to get it done despite the owner himself telling me he understood the job. I took the whole day off and nothing was done. The owner told me they could be out the next Friday at 9:30am. I called at 10am when they had not arrived and was informed that they would not be out until 2:30. The tech did not show up until 3:30 and he brought no chemicals with him to do the job. He said he just received the call late in the afternoon and I was not on his original plan. I have been trying to contact the owner and he will not come to the phone or call me back.
Response from Company:
This job was beyond the scope of work that our company performs. This customer needs sandblasting of cement. We do not do this type of service. We apologized for the misunderstanding.
