They changed the invoice and charged me for the ladder they used and took back the 1st customer discount. They must not have done their homework. I said I had a three (3) story building. You can pull a picture of my home up on a number of ways, Zillo being one. They came the first time and did not have the right ladder. So they may have done the work but the drama afterwards was so disappointing. They finally took the $50 off for the ladder charge. This is supposed to be an experienced company!! And they complained about having to get the ladder and they complained about the weather. Really!!!! This is the reason for their score.

They did more than required, not only clearing the gutters but also leaving the sidewalks free of leaves. I will definitely use them again.

The windows look great, much better than when I've done them myself. But I also requested that my sliding glass doors onto the screened-in back porch be done, and they didn't do them.

They were to show up between 10 am & 1 pm. They did not come during this time slot. Therefore I was not around when they did the work. I wanted my gutters & downspouts flushed with water which they did not do. I know this because I can see the gutters out my second-floor window. The only way I knew they serviced my home was by an E-Mail I received from the company. Based on experience as a homeowner I never allow work to be done without my supervise! Also, I make it A point to be knowledgeable about the service to be performed.

Even with one rather difficult screen door window, the cleaner found a way to get it cleaned. Would not quit. Great work.
