The communication with customer is kind of broken. Not really try to understand customer's needs before send people to work on the project. Customer Feels the big company is ineffective, cost process cost bring up higher price on customer.

Overall we were happy with the services from Prime Time however I would be remised not mention that the company was 2.5 hours late arriving and the service was not conducted by Prime Time but a subcontractor. The quality of the work was great and they worked hard and fast. I would hire them again but wouldn't schedule other appointments so close to the appointment time.

Ed and his nephew showed up during the time frame promised. They did a great job cleaning all of my windows. They were friendly, courteous and professional. I would definitely feel confident in recommending them.

The work performed was not good. I contacted the office and still have not heard from anyone to address the matter. Poor customer service. The amount charged was also more than quoted.

There was a discrepancy between the estimated cost quoted to me on the phone and the amount quoted when the worker arrived. After 3 phone calls the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I am very satisfied with the actual window cleaning and timeliness.
