This is a tough one. They were able to accommodate my job on short notice and arrived promptly the next morning.The charge was $100 for cleaning of the gutters and flushing the downspouts. After I gave the service person the check I told him it didn't look like he flushed the downspouts which he agreed he did not, but that "they are fine, if you have any trouble call us an we will deal with it then". I called the company after the service person left with the check only doing half the job and they said they would make a note of it and to call if I have any trouble. They didn't complete thejob

The cleaners were thorough and did a great job. The only thing that could have been improved was that they did not take the bags to the alley or put in the garbage.
