Contractor scheduled original appointment within a time window and did not arrive nor call. I had to call and reschedule. They just assume customer will wait when they are late!

After a bad review for incorrectly putting gutter foam in the gutters, I received a call from a 'concerned' customer service person. They promised to send me two NEW people to look at my gutters and correctly put the foam in. Same two people came and looked at the gutters. They left within 15, closer to 5 after 'looking' and 'fixing' the problem. I do not know if they did but I find it odd that the gutters in the back were not touched and they finished so quickly. For cleaning gutters they seem to do well but I would caution anyone who is looking for help installing gutter guards and especially gutter foam because they don't do it right and rush through the job.
