Called for window washing (mostly tilt-in windows with half-screens) on a 3 story building in Old Town. I have no complaints whatsoever. Nice young man did all the work without any fuss, was respectful to myself and property. Price is good. Would definitely use him again.

They responded to my inquiry within hours and were able to do the work that afternooon! The gutters were cleaned in my absence and all the material was left in a bag in the back, exactly as I asked; yard and walks were free of any debris. Great price quote based only on discription of house style ... no need for them to make extra estimating trip. Great company... will now use them regularly!

Gave me conflicting bids, even after I asked about it the invoice they left was for the higher amount(even though they told me the lower one would be honored) Also the worker left a mess all the way into my neighbor's yard and left my hose turned on after he left.

Jose Luna was prompt in showing up to do the work. He did an excellent and professional job. He took the time to both show and explain the condition of the gutters to me. I appreciated this, and that he pointed out to me the number and location of gutter downspout strainers that were missing, thus causing both water and leaf material to accumulate. I would highly recommend and hire this firm again.

I chose Prime Time due to the speed at which I got an answer. They were supposed to be here the same day, but due to their shedule, it couldn't be done until the next morning. I was very happy with the work, and the honesty of the employees. I was updatedabout the sheduling continually and never felt ignored. As it turned out, our gutters were not that dirty and we just had a minor plug in one downspout. Will and his people are to be commended. I will definately call again and recommend them to anyone who needs good service.

My experience was not a good experience. First of all an appointment was made for 5:00pm on Monday, April 19, 2010. I came home and Prime Time Cleaning, Inc. had cleaned the gutters and not notified me that they was coming earlier. Secondly, they made another appointment to come out on Wednesday at 5:30pm to come out to tell me what me what they had done, when I called to confirm the owner said the appointment was fotr the next day. I insisted that they come out that day and they did get to my home until 5:55pm. however, they said that they cleaned the gutters. I will not use them again.

We went back to this customers home and discussed the work that was completed. This customers gutters were thoroughly cleaned. We hope to earn their business again in the future.

I scheduled an appointment with them. On the day of the appointment, they called to say they would be an hour to an hour and half late. This did not work for my schedule, so I rescheduled for the next day. On the second day they arrived over an hour later than the appointment time. Beyond the lack of promptness, the quality of the work was sub par.. Almost every window had a streak, smudge or water mark that I had to go back and touch up. The estimate they had given me included cleaning of the window sills. I had to point this out and then they had to go back and do it. I would not use them again
