Gave me an estimate over the phone and then when the person showed up they advised it would be higher because the gutter was three floors up. I advised that they didn't need a longer ladder due to the access panel on the third floor. Called the dispatcher and agreed to a slightly higher price. Work was performed well and I would recommend
