Team of 2 were quiet and efficient. Took about 2.5 hrs for 18 double-hung windows (they charge by the pane, so I had 36 cleaned), plus front door/sidelight, and a small ornamental window about 20 feet off the ground. The windows are spotless, the screens are very clean (I had them washed, not just brushed) !!! The window tracks still need some work but Holy Cow they are so much cleaner than when they started (whole house pretty much hadn't been cleaned well while renters lived there x 4 years). I understand things happen and schedules get behind, but I would've appreciated a call. They were supposed to arrive between 7 am - 10 am-- I finally called at 11:45 and was told they'd be here within 15 - 20 min. The team arrived over an hour later, at 1 pm. Otherwise, customer service made me feel I was well-taken care of. I would recommend them to others.

My actual invoice came in significantly over what I was quoted on the phone. However, windows were GREAT and they were very neat around the property.

Took a second washing a week later to get clean . Granted , first try was on a dark rainy day ,making it hard to see smears , dirt etc. Company dispatchers were very courteous and accommodating .

Thought they could be more thorough. I ended up cleaning out an area of gutter myself after they left. Makes me wonder about the second floor gutters that I am unable to see.
