The cleaning of my gutters was all I askedto have done. The individual was pleasant and quickly began working upon arrival. It rained the next day and there was no overflow. The gutters worked properly.

They arrived 3 hrs early and I did not get a phone call letting me know. They were almost done when I got home. So I was not sure about the work, but they did repair a couple pieces if my gutters (brackets and screws). I was grateful they could do it right then. My gutters and downspouts seem to working well so even though I did not see the work because I was not home they must have done it.

Had a hard time scheduling with them. One guy showed up, said he needed to go to the store, then never came back. I scheduled them to 11 the next day and they showed up at 9:45 instead.

Service men were on the job within 1 hour. Did a good job on the gutters but could have had better tools for the job. Over all i"m pleased.

No show on first date, 'not on the schedule' and then ' they're on their way'. Had to re-schedule and this fellow was late. Incompetent worker-I had to get up on the roof to reposition gutter guards. Ladder almost went thru 2 windows. Ended up finishing project on my own.

Highly recommend Prime Time. From phone call to them to the work done, they showed they know how to do business and treat customers. Our gutters had not been cleaned in several seasons. Prime Time scheduled us immediately after we called. The two gutter cleaners were professional, thorough, cleaned up all debris (there was a lot!), and completed the work in a little over an hour. We have a two story house; the gutter cleaners carefully leaned ladders against the gutters to prevent denting. We will use Prime Time for every season.
